Major Australian newspaper like The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian reported on the speech, commenting on its impact of Australia-Indonesia relations.
And well known Indonesian newspapers like Kompas reported on it as well as detik.com.

We had the privilege to listen to a keynote address from H.E. Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, President of the Republic of Indonesia at the opening dinner of the Apec2020 meeting in Sydney.
This was a an unexpected surprise and the first taste of many interesting conversations we had during the two days in our meetings.
