<description><![CDATA[<p>APEC 2020 got an outing in the Asia:NZ Track II Newsletter edited by Andrew Butcher. I have included an edited version here which includes some interesting commentary by The Lowy Institute on the recent elections. Many of you will remember Allan Gyngell who heads The Lowy.</p><p><b>Editorial</b><br /><br />This month we have a strong international flavour to the newsletter. We&rsquo;ve delayed this month&rsquo;s Track II newsletter by about a week so we could get fresh off-the-ground commentary about the Australian election results and their impact on the Asia-Pacific region from the Lowy Institute&rsquo;s Dr Malcolm Cook.
