Bachelor of Liberal Arts, 1993, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he also graduated as Lawyer (Summa Cum Laude) in 1998. Master of Laws (LLM), Yale University (New Haven, CT, USA), 2002. Currently the Editor in Chief of “Semana Económica” a weekly business review where he writes a weekly opinion-editorial column. Also, editor in chief of “Perú Económico”, a monthly report on economics and public policy; and CEO of APOYO Publicaciones, the publishing company to which both publications belong. Professor of Legal Philosophy and Business Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Board of Advisors, Universidad del Pacífico Law School. Member of the Board, Peruvian Press Council.
